This is a shot of Lincolnway, which is the main street in Valpo. They closed off all of the streets in the downtown area for the festival. I guess popcorn is a big thing in this town.

This was the typical line up of stands. The stands sold the typical street fair crafts, but a lot of it was just crap. The southeast edge or the courthouse is in the background.
